For repairs not covered by the warranty/guarantee, we will provide you with a cost estimate after conducting a thorough check. You can then decide whether you want to have the repair carried out or not. If you decide against the repair, we will charge EUR12.00 for the cost estimate.

To ensure safe transport, please always remove the batteries from your MINOX products before sending them. Otherwise, these will have to be removed during the check and will not be returned.

Do you need help with your analog MINOX camera?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer repairs for the older MINOX cameras, but M.S. Hobbies in London still offer this service for all common models. The team at M.S. Hobbies will be happy to help.
